VISION, MISSION, & VALUES
The following Vision, Mission, and Values are guidelines that focus our work on God’s plan for Here For Kids. You’re not required or asked to identify with these statements, we just ask that you review and respect them.
VISION
We envision a world of hope, health and happiness, wherein all children are fed, clothed and lead lives of dignity and high moral character. Moreover, we aspire to a world populated by both children and adults committed to a spiritually-centered Christian foundation who recognize the joy of service, and are dedicated to maintaining a world where there is no disadvantaged child, no child in need, and no child living without hope.
MISSION
To provide participants the opportunity to discover the eternal joy of service by collaborating with partner organizations to meet the physical and spiritual needs of underserved children and communities around the world.
VALUES

God-Centered Vision
We believe in one infinite God that exists in three persons- the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. | Matthew 28:19
Jesus-Shaped Identity
We believe Jesus Christ is at the center of our lives and is developing disciples through our ministry. | Matthew 28:18-20
Biblical Integrity
We believe the Bible is the unique and authoritative Word of God which guides our lives and our work. | 2 Timothy 3:16
Childlike Faith
We believe in exuding a trusting and pure faith, humbly opening ourselves to receiving the truth of God’s word. | Matthew 11:25
Heart of Service
We believe in embodying the servant life Jesus lived by educating those around us about the benefits of serving and therefore teaching the eternal joy of service. | Matthew 20:28
Purpose Driven
We believe that through sacrificially serving and loving our neighbors, we can discover our God-given gifts and purpose. | Titus 1:1
Sacrificial Discipleship
We believe in a faith-guided life that requires our discipline, training, and sacrifice as we run the race towards our heavenly reward with purpose in every step. | 1 Corinthians 9:25-27
Leadership Development
We believe in recognizing and using the experiences God leads us through to develop and uplift our leaders to a place where they can guide and shepherd others. | 2 Timothy 2:1-2
Growth in Fellowship
